I just subscribed to WSJ #EpsteinFiles

I think we can all agree – Trumper Party and Democrats alike – that the Jeffrey Epstein birthday card graphic (see below) attributed to Donald Trump is disgusting, perverted, and quite disturbing. There will be no “locker room talk” excuse.

Trump has denied that he drew the perverted and disturbing graphic, and the Trumper Party doesn’t seem eager to release all evidence that would support or rebut the denial.

Meanwhile the Wall Street Journal article offers the following compelling evidence that Trump indeed drew the perverted and disgusting birthday graphic (summarized by ChatGPT):

  • Provenance & existence of the document: Epstein’s estate turned over the professionally bound 2003 “birthday book” to Congress; members confirmed it contains a letter that includes Trump’s signature alongside the picture in question—directly contradicting Trump’s prior claim that such a letter “doesn’t exist.”
  • What the page looks like: The letter’s typewritten text is framed by the outline of a naked woman, and the page concludes with the signature—described as a squiggly “Donald” placed below the waist of the drawing, mimicking pubic hair. This ties the signature’s placement to the drawing itself and is presented as the article’s core evidence linking Trump to the image on that page.
  • Prior reporting now corroborated by the handover: The Journal had previously reported on a Trump-signed page in the book; the estate’s delivery of the artifact to Congress corroborates the page’s existence and content (text + nude-outline + signature) as described by the Journal.
  • Context within the birthday book: The book compiled messages from many associates (e.g., Trump, Bill Clinton, Leon Black). Some entries were benign; others included sexual references or suggestive drawings/photos—establishing that racy or explicit visuals were a known motif in the book and situating the Trump-signed page within that genre of contributions.
  • Additional letter referencing Trump: A separate page by Mar-a-Lago member Joel Pashcow includes a crude joke and a spoof check photo involving Trump; this supports that Trump was a figure referenced multiple times in the book but does not itself prove he drew the nude outline on the Trump-signed page.

In addition, the following should be noted:

  • Trump had a close friendship with Jeffrey Epstein which included the time period that the Epstein birthday book was compiled (2003 for Epstein’s 50th birthday).
  • The Epstein 50th birthday book is real.
  • Given their close relationship it is very likely that Trump made a contribution to the birthday book.
  • The graphic and text attributed to Trump includes a signature which can be verified (Editor's Note: The New York Times has just provided a compelling comparison that shows that the signature is very likely to be real, see below).
  • The style of the drawing can be compared to other Trump drawings which rebut Trump’s claim that he doesn’t draw.
  • The Pashcow letter (from Mar-a-Lago member Joel Pashcow) corroborates the close ties between Trump and Epstein and their apparent shared interest in the prostitution of women, which in Epstein’s case clearly included underage girls.
  • The sexual and jokey tone of the Pashcow letter is consistent with that of the Trump letter and Trump is specifically mentioned in the Pashcow letter as if the two letters are riffing off each other.

The Wall Street Journal should substantiate as many of the letters as possible and carefully document the relationship between each letter writer and Epstein. How many letter writers were members of Mar-a-Lago? How many rode Epstein’s jet “Lolita Express”?

All of this begs the question of the meaning of the line in the purported Trump text to Epstein which states “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”

What were the “shared secrets” between Trump and the convicted pedophile and sex trafficker of underage girls, Jeffrey Epstein?
